Delivery Information

Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be processed on the Monday. Working days are Mondays to Fridays excluding bank holidays.

 

TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit www.greendot.store to track your order.

 

SATURDAY DELIVERIES

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday.

 

TIMING OF ORDERS

We process orders in our warehouse from 9am to 2pm Mondays to Fridays. Therefore, if your order is placed on a bank holiday, after 2pm, late on a Friday or on the weekend, please expect a small delay. Orders will normally be processed and dispatched in 2 to 5 working days after orders confirmation and payment.

 

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Over Hong Kong bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 2 to 5 working days to be dispatching the goods depend on the stocks in our Hong Kong warehouse.
